Needless to say, here we are 3 years on and I haven’t lifted a finger on the boat yet! I have however managed to obtain a set of original Naval issue Egyptian Cotton sails, not new but in VGC, some very slight mildew spots, a bit grubby and the main has 3 very small (professional) repairs at the lee...

Some good tips already, especially screws, please don't even think about re-using old screws, less all your hard work comes to nothing! Two tips from me; concentrate on the hull, no point spending days sorting spars and ancillaries only to find that the hull is not redeemable and besides taking phot...
