The one I mentioned was back in the very early naughtiest and its owner was doing flag duties and in knowledge of my rebuilding the transom on my first ever owned boat, an Adventurer, kindly lent me his wooden one to have a race in. I seem to recall nitromors do a less agressive stripper, which I Have used successfully on both plastic and painted wood surfaces, it is also very good to remove paint from certain masts :mrgreen:
