Have you consider kerfing? This involves cutting a series of saw slots along the line of the curve. When assembling you can use a thixotropic epoxy adhesive in the slots to restore most of the original strength. Thanks Alan, Yes I remember Doug Bishop cleaning up with Mojo. I believe that Dave Derry also owned her??? I am following up a lead that might be fruitful.
