Hi all Korsar Fantastic boat very fast but easy to handle. I owned one when I was teaching in Hamburg in mid 70's. I raced it with my German fiance (Susanna Blonde 5ft 6" weight 8.5 stone) on the Alsters in the center of Hamburg with little trouble. Even sailed a Keil Week against Edward Warden...

Hi Nick
Did you manage to find an old Vangard or have you settled something else. I'm glad that you found a suitable project. I hope you will be ready to sail it at Shearwater.

The Hornet is grossly over priced a figure of about £400 -£500 nay result in a sale or even an offer. It's not a Revolution or a Coombes so its worth very little to a competitive Horneteer. Especially when there is a Revolution for sale for £500 which is competitive on another web site. If you wa...

Wrote about Oxalic Acid before. Gary I also work in a Lab. Warnings are not to be taken lightly. Oxalic Acid is a poison if taken orally and results in a very painful death. Heat breaks it down which is why uncooked rhubarb is poisonous. Enough said. Chemical is a listed poison hence reason why chem...
