well, we're packed. the camping stuff is in the trailer, the canoe (keep clear please I'm generally out of control) is on top of the trailer. The kids are asleep, and we hope to leave early tomorrow morning.

Not sure of boat yet. I'm going to sail the canoe at Roadford, so might bring that, or might bring the OK. Kinda depends on weather forecast too; might bring both

well, the boat is ready, the last fittings have been screwed in. the last hatch covers have been fitted. I can't be arsed to take any photo's you'll just have to see it tomorrow.

if youplump for seperate starts, how about, in the true spirit of the cvrda, send the vintage off first, slow 2nd an then make the fastest boats work hard to get through the rest of the fleet. Could be an interesting 1st mark !

I know that the trip can be a bit daunting for me, but as long as I can get all the fittings back on it time I'll be there with the OK.
