I wonder if Gurnard (IOW) would put a classic class in their Cowes dinghy week(week befroe Cowes week). In the past they used to escort boats across the solent. In the past few years we have sailed from Lymington/Keyhaven to Yarmouth in a range of dinghies from Gulls to Wayfarers. Never had a proble...

My comment was only meant to stir Chris up after all the rude remarks I get from him. He deserves his results and the concourse result. The wind was not...

A big thank you to Nick, Charles and the Frensham team. Once we worked out where all the buoys were we had a great time. Especially noticeable was the sportswomanship of Phils crew in the Lark who kept telling us where to go(the disadvantage of having a fast boat is theres no one to follow). Chris a...

Rupert if you get the chance to fly a dutchman go for it. I went with James`(his real name)helm last December and dreamt of owning one ever since but it comes back down to realities of cant afford where to keep and where to store etc.etc.etc.

Chris I am mortally offended at your suggestion particularly as your handiwork means she is actually floating. I will suggest a keel hauling or similar at roadford.
Mary the ent is at warminster but the owner doesnt know yet. I will approach him.
