The construction of the Hornet plank is different I think so I dont know if it would work but I rub a candle (on its side) along the friction points. That seems too work but it can also be too effective.:)

Hi John,
There is a gp14 on e bay which sounds like a shed but the mast is wood. May be worth a bid.

Couldnt have put it better myself. The friendly nature of CVRDA is what makes it so good. If I wanted serious shouting match type racing I would buy something plastic and sail somewhere where winning or losing doesnt rely on who gets the only piece of wind on the puddle. Whilst the handicaps are int...

Hi Keith,
We intend to be there with the Hornet. Numbers will be Angie and myself plus my brother and his family (wife and 2 kids). Cruise up the lake would be good.

Not sure where you are but I am in Frome just south of Bath. You are welcome to it I will just have to find something else to h...

Alan I have put your poster up in the club house for Mayflower and if you send me an electronic version I will post it with the fastsail crowd. I am hoping to be at mayflower with the Hornet. The gust in the last lap of the 2nd race on sunday was certainly very strong. We were lucky that we had just...
