London To Paris Bike Ride

I have organised the above on 16th/17th January as the "official" rides deduct, in my view, too much from sponsorship in admin costs. So I am doing this with a few friends and we are covering all the costs ourselves. Please give generously for this cause which is very close to home. http:/...

I have crewed on Josephine (which raced Undina) and said hello to Griff at the BCYC regatta in Cowes last year. I really enjoyed the programme but got the impression it was TV entertainment and not a documentary.

I used to have an old Albacore (999) and there were no tanks. I had a bow bag, one under the rear deack which was large, and one under each bench. Personally I would add the under bench bags.

I really need the Beachcomber to be gone. I will pay somebody £5 towards the petrol to take it away otherwise..........

I think they are rather good. I don't suppose you could make one featuring Jollyboats?

Classic Metre Boats etc

This is well worth a look:-

http://www.classickeelboats.org/index.html

It follows on from Netley and is at the same time as the BCYC event from Cowes.

Maybe there is some kind of cross marketing opportunity here?

Beachcomber

A change of plan means the Beachcomber is for sale for £5.30 which is what I paid for it. Everything is there except the mast, no trolley or trailer but car toppable, just about. Mainsail and jib, rudder, centreboard, fittings etc all included. Sound condition. Pl use PM.
Thanks
