Revenge is best served up cold

Post by davidh »

as in 'stick in the wet stuff' cold!!!

Having been made to stand on the naughty step for being indulgent in my 'private' jokes about the inbreed pirates of the East Coast.........

At last - revenge!

I've just been given a picture of a well know ISAF IJ - and serial string poster on this site - swimming around in the 'oggin, all in the name of measuring a 5.5m.

Now be nice Mr Chivers, else I'll risk the wrath of the web headmaster and 'publish' for all to see!

hohohohohoho

I think publishing is quite justified. It is good for owners to see the dedicated lengths we go to to ensure that the measurements of their boats is a perfect as it can be :P :?

Have you ever tried to see the flotation marks on a 5.5!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!   The class requires measurement to half a millimeter. Yes 1/2 a mm

Best thing was they altered that one slightly and I had to spend 4 days in the Aland Islands re-checking :D :D :D :D

At least I didn't do the normal IJ trick and stand on water :D :D :D :D :D :D
