Whilst it appears to be fashionable to knock the RYA perhaps you should all try putting a case forward for some of this money.
At Roadford we have recently received matched funding for our new committee boat and are about to ask for £10k from the development fund. There are hoops to be jumped through but it is there for those that ask and can justify.
