Bill DeMay

Post by nprice »

Not sure if "banter" is the right thread but I am sad to report the death of Bill DeMay on November 18th at the age of 98. Bill was a stalwart of Ranelagh Sailing Club since the 50's and sponsored the DeMay Trophy that was made by Chris Barlow for the Vintage Merlin Series.
His funeral is planned for noon on December 9th at the Putney Vale Crematorium, West Chapel, all welcome.
Arrangements are being made by Lodge Brothers of Addlestone, 01932 829929. Any donations should go to the RNLI or Help for Heroes.
Thank you,
Nick Price

Sad news Nick but his name will live on with the vintage wing.
