Two boats available on for sale section.

Question. Is Ebay worth a go to sell classic dinghies?
Are there better places to try as well as CVRDA. I should know the answer!!

I have managed to sell on eBay, the Spearhead went for more than I imagined and bits and pieces have done well. Some boats go for silly money unless I'm missing something about the Skipper 12/14.

Some boats dont sell - Flying15s and small keelboats dont seem to go for much but some classic dinghies do go well providing the description is good and there are pics of everything. Good layout, headings, bullet points list and an honest description is a must.

Other places to sell are http://www.boatsandoutboards.com and http://www.apolloduck.co.uk , these seem to have the highest turnover and talking to people at the London Boat Show it appears that boatsandoutboards is rapidly becoming THE place to look.
