That and the missing 5 degrees of rise of floor at the transom!

I suspect the transom shape is going to be a very useful diagnostic because that one is unusually flat for a small general purpose boat. Looking at the other suggestion, unfortunately none of the Challenger photos give you a reasonable transom view.

I was going to post a picture of a Kenn 11, as it is so similar to the boat here, but I got told the board attachment quota had been reached? What does that mean, please? It was a very small scan from Bristow's.

I expect some of photos posted are so big they have taken up all the virtual space. Can some be deleted now? perhaps people need a reminder to reduce the size before posting too.

I thought the Kenn11 had two positions for the mast? With or without jib.

Will try and find more and edit this post.

funny enough ...this boat http://www.leboncoin.fr/nautisme/121834135.htm?ca=12_s

dubbed as a Vaurien (but obviously not a Vaurien , with pivoting centreboard ) has recently surfaced in France and people on Forum Voile are wondering...could it be an english class?

It is a bit in the same style : boxy hard chine cross section , cod head and mackerel tail hull outline, short foredeck...,

Hi guys,

can we be careful about image size.

these three images amount to 2/3rd of a Mb of bandwidth every time the thread is opened.

Best to keep them down in size or we will have to pay for another 'bump' up in bandwidth soon.

cheers

Latest up date to Hopch-Potch dinghy

You will all be please to know my dinghy is not the only one in the world
the boat has a mate for sale on e bay this week so they must have made two.
now sold
This boat was a composite GRP hull and wood deck but had the mould line down the side the same as mine.

You could say the following is a stater for ten.

The dinghy may be a Norwegian design.

The insignia on the sail could be a Mushroom but this may be sail makers name or some thing similar .
A Red 6 inch.BALL with 11 on underside on main sail at top may be a clue.

new up date 31 july 2010
The red circle at the top of the main sail is a ladybird with 6 spots this may be the clue of the week
"my boat seems to have lost its spots"

The mast length = 17ft 6 inch,s on both boats confirmed.

Information comes to them that try to find out !

if you get up early in the morning you may find more mushrooms

Regards mike sorry for the delay I was awaiting the web site up date
