It's probably not this, but it looks like a Pearson Finn

There's a few clues that it's not a Finn, such as the fact that the mast gate is at the back of the foredeck rather than being a hole in the middle of it. Pearson only made glass fibre Finns too.
To be honest, from the description and length it could be almost any local dayboat.
