Fairey Duckling or Dinky maybe?

I'm not sure...no centreboard casing, no hole in front thwart for mast but there seem to be some holes in that weird foredeck for forestay and shrouds?

They made non sailing Ducklings. Foredeck looks easy enough to get rid of.
