Yes, definately a Leader. I have one I bought here in Seattle 3 years ago and restored; it is no 85 and was built by Small Craft of Southhampton in 1964. Still have the original Lucas sails...
It's a good boat for taking my wife out in, we cruise around the bay with a couple of beers and a big of chips....!
