Re: What is it?
Nice looking small boat, good sails.
It looks like a longer boat cut down, transom looks hand made, good conversion though if it is.

Re: What is it?
A French made 320 maybe, (not a Tabur version as they are more snub nosed with a black foredeck)

Re: What is it?
It is french made allright, but it is not a 320 (The 320 was always yellow hull -polyéthylène- and black ABS foredeck, made by Tabur, today bic of windsurf andO'pen Bic fame).
This orange deck self bailing boat is an Apache by french boatyard La Prairie, a now extinct prolific boatmaker .
Their best success was the 12 ft Zef cruising dinghy but they also made the 14 ft Surf (a contender for the 420 and 445) with a self bailing double bpttom on the later versions. They even manufactured the italian designed Strale, a performance dinghy , later endorsed by the Caneton class, which missed the olympic status to the 470 , along with the Fireball
The Apache was a 2 in boat for kids (like the Lanaverre Kid and Gouterons Mowgli) but it didnt catch up very much, it was very basic, made on a budget.
The sail top was red and the class logo was a A shaped indian tepee

Re: What is it?
Only strange thing: Woden mast and boom, clearly not original , all La prairie boats had aluminium masts (untapered except fotr the Caneton Strale). The Zef mast was un anodized to save costs
