Current rules and some links to historical rules and changes can be found here http://international14.org/world-associ ... ass-rules/

Tom Vaughan’s book of the fourteens has the 1970 rules. I can have a go at copying the relevant parts if you can’t find a copy, but I’m not sure how they would differ from a few years earlier.

I have a some documentation from the 60's but that period was a time of great change for the 14's metamorphasising from the tradition Uffa Fox round hulls to the chined boats, and rigs often varied from boat to boat.
I can scan and email some stuff if you want?
What is the boat number? If you need mast/boom/sails I do have some spares.
