Mick Edwards

Post by Pat »

Dear All

I am very sorry to let you know that Mick passed away on Tuesday. He has been in hospital since Boxing Day but Jackie and family wanted to keep things private and indeed there is not going to be any remembrance service at all.

Mick was admitted to hospital on Boxing Day to Aberystwyth but transferred to Llanidloes for palliative care. Some of us have been visiting so he wasn't alone.

A sad day and the end of an era but many happy memories.

Regards

Very sad news. Clywedog will not be the same without him, you must all be feeling bereft.

Sad news indeed. Mike features greatly in my happy memories of my visits to Clywedog.
