I would certainly go for Brightlingsea. Great place to sail also lots of CVRDA eligible boats, such as BOD,s, Hornets,Fireballs etc and cats being the birthplace of all the Rod MacAlpine-Downie boats. Sailing is good at all states of tide offering sheltered or wide open space sailing. Club excellent with some of the the best parties/p...s ups I've ever been to.
If the clubs interested go for it.
