Hi Everyone. All is in preparation but would like to have an idea of how many, B &B,Tent,Campervan, dinghies, length of stay.

We may have spare crews and even dinghies available

Rough programme below and facilities available.

Camping & Caravan Facilities at the club
( come early or stay longer that’s fine)

Full catering facilities at the club, snacks, homecooked cakes, drinks , evening

Great value We are looking at keeping cost down to around £20.00 (helm & crew)
for entry/camping all in for the weekend (Frid to Sund nights) . Camping/caravan extra nights £3.00 per person a night
Programme of events (provisional) Starting on Sat with arrivals and practice sailing with the main races on Sunday & Monday Social & meal with bar on Saturday night

Unfortunately circumstances mean that it's highly unlikely that I will be at Clywedog this year.

I think Amy will be there, either crewing for Julian or in either her Toy or the Shelley moth. One tiny camper plus a plethora of boats, the canoe is bound to be on the roof rack no matter what is on the trailer!

Hi Keith,

I will be coming with campervan and 2 moths arriving either friday evening or saturday morning depends on work.

We are hoping for a good turnout of moths, doing our best to break all records for this event.

So far we know of;

Ian Marshall - Magnum 6 or Shelley (already booked motorhome space)
Myself - Stocholm Sprite (campervan)
Paul Hignett - Magnum 8 ( tent)
Katie H - My spare boat, Magnum 7 (tent)
Nigel Fowell +1 - Skol (motorhome)
??? Stuart Mander - Magnum 8 (campervan) ?as long as boat repaired in time
??? Alan Watson - Magnum 8 (tent) ?
??? David Morrice - Imperium Scow ?

You may get some replies on Facebook event now, but these are the ones I'm aware of for now.

Cheers

Thanks everyone. It look s like we may be 20plus entries which is great this far in advance.

Farmer has spare space on the field above the lake so more the merrier.

Hi Nessa,

That's very nice of you, but at the moment I'm putting myself forward as possible crew to a friend.
If he does not attend, then I'll be looking for an alternative.
