Wow.

As far as buoyancy is concerned, I have something very similar fitted in the back of my N12 Sparkle. Only in a very fetching yellow.

Mk 1 ali centre plate on ebay ( and there is a rudder somewgere there too.

Re jib halyard, I think the hole in the bow fitting has some silicone in it, pretty sure the pulley wheel is still there underneath the deck, the rack is still in place but she is missing the two cleats (originally wooden) under the side deck.
