Hi all,

I was just looking at the Roadford pics and in DSCN0011 start jpg
and in DSCN0109 start jpg there is a large wooden boat with an inboard rudder and a backstay. I would love to know what it is.

A few weeks ago an identical boat was abandoned on a roundabout near Torquay. South Hams council put a removal order on it and it was towed away.

If it's of any interest it may be possible to get it back!

Regards

Riv.

That's a 17' Dolphin, a class based at Plymouth. Alan or Mark, have you been leaving boats in the middle of roundabouts?!

Looked like a nice boat, anyone else interested in them?

Do you know of any other sources of information on the Dolphin?
