A true rare moment in Moth land!

Post by davidh »

hoho...this is really naughty but...couldn't resist it.

This first picture is a shot of Alan, who had taken Lyndon's Magnum for a blast...but it was windy enough that I was NOT allowed to take the Shelly out!

So what is the rarity....well, it is a picture of Alan - at speed and apparently in control. But worry not readers, it was but an illusion.

Ask nicely and I'll put up the "what happened next" pictures.... but as a taster, it did go all wet and bubbly!!!!!!

Is Alan going to Clywedog so that I can continue my Moth Skipper course?

Peter,

he's waiting to see if I'm going - he's just worried that he'll feature in MORE pictures.

The 'what happened next' is even better that the Roger devereux picture at Whitefriars

David,

Perhaps it's a little late, but; is there any chance to see the 'wet and bubbly' bit?

Sounds like an exciting version of an expensive champagne! (although as you've hinted; this is perhaps an even rarer occurance ;) )

Cheers,

Max,

No, those pictures are no longer available for publishing. But I am still following the Moth story, as part of that I managed to catch this one. This sailor is not know to the classic fleet - unless you recognise his sailing boots.

Ah.

Thanks anyway David.

The pic you posted reminds me of Rob Bells appearance in the Y&Y magazine after last years IC nationals!

What a brilliant photo....!
