This depends on how my knee is healing. If it's not windy I may come if I can find a helm/crew/singlehander.

Hi Peter,

Just to let you know the European MiniSailers(me, Ronny+Frans) will be travelling together in one car and triplestacker. 1-2 tents. We will be at Staunton late Friday afternoon/early evening. Will we have access to the club? We will be leaving Sunday evening.

I'm not sure how much sailing I'll be able to do as my knees are giving me trouble. I was knocked of my bike at the end of last week.

Hi Peter
I'm sorry I can't make but I'm picking up a new shiny FF trailer from the Welsh Harp Boat Centre.

I should be there from just after lunch so you can arrive any time later in the afternoon or evening.

Looking forward to seeing you all. There's plenty of water, the floods last week mean the lake starts in the dinghy park!

I have some very smart Cvrda stickers here. If someone going to Staunton Harold can let me have their address I will get them in the post. If not I will keep them and bring them to Roadford.

Fortunately there's enough dinghy park left out of the lake for tents and boats.

Sorry, can't be there. Family issues. Hope you all have a great time though.

Pete
There is the slightest possibility that the Swift may be ready (or nearly) for this weekend. Looking at the club details am I right in thinking that the handicap for the Swift allows it to be sailed at your club?? If not it will be the Hit.

We've decided to have a barbecue in the sunshine on Saturday night so please bring meat or non meat as you fancy, we'll supply some salads and puddings.

If you're arriving on Friday night and find the gate locked please give me a ring on 07580600406.

Giles, the Swift fits our PY requirements but not our no multi hulls rule. I'm hoping to get that waived when I'm ready for sailing trials but I haven't done it yet so best to bring the Hit or the Wayfarer.

Contemplating walking to the pub on Friday evening for a bite to eat and a pint. Any takers? Melbourne appears to be about a mile away.

Sounds good but I probably won't be there until 8... Best I eat en route, and maybe join you there later...

Could either go to a pub, there's plenty in Melbourne and it's less than a mile, or put in an order and collect it from the choppy.
