Obviously a sea hopper (by Yamaha) one of the many laser clones and possibly the best one .
The orange colour and the cockpit compartment for an anchor (a smallish cargo-ship style stockless model, builder suplied ) is unmistakable.
Low (enven lower than the laser and hence quite wet , it was a good quality of build but the mast (in some 4 different parts ) was apallingly bendy and the original sail was less than good

like many sea hoppers it has been upgraded with a Laser mast and sail ..a very sensible move
