Certianly looks like one....A decent 'classic' one too, it still appears to have a steel 'plate and they went out in the mid '60s

According to the N12 handbook this is probably 1706 'Sindy' not 1705 'Pepe Too' as this was broken up in 1998. Both were 1959 Proctor Mk 8s, 1705 built by Chippendale, 1706 built by Wyche & Coppock
