12 Metre Sharpie

Post by scott robinson »

Hi Everyone,
My father (in his 81st year) just called and recounted a story of an encounter during a race in Burnham of a capsized 12 Metre Sharpie whom he helped out (while abandoning the race at the same time). He thought it might make a nice half model and asked if I could find the lines anywhere. I found some websites, but no lines. Anybody know where I might find them?

Thanks,
Scott

The UK Class association exists, so should be worth a contact. There is also a variation on the class in Australia, as the lightweight sharpie, which I am 90% sure has the same hull shape, so they would be worth trying too. The lightweight Sharpie is still a significant sized class in Aus I believe.
