GP14s in Barbados

Post by PeterV »

Best wishes to Hugh and family in Barbados for the Geep worlds. I've got my entry in for the Finns next year so any tips are welcome.

Yes Rupert, I was planning on taking the lighter one, but I don't think it would be legal if I took one a lot lighter still!

Nick and Ellie broke a mainsheet in the first race and lost about 20 places in the first race. This left Hugh and Malcolm to take the first honours in the family.

No doubt Nick and Ellie will be back on form today.

Pleased to say Nick and Ellie won the youth championships and Hugh won the bronze fleet.

A great result! Probably some good sailor tan lines, too...
