Many thanks all for the guidance on epoxy removal, and on types of stains - noted. I’d love to replace the deck but don’t think for one moment that i have the skills or the accuracy (or the tools) to do it myself. I'm no expert but as a B Moth owner and sailor at Medley Oxford where we have quite a few, that's no Moth! I have seen a few photos of euro Moths but they all seem to be broadly similar to the BM hull form.
