Baby Blue dinghy

I have recently bought a small GRP dinghy which dates from around the 60s I guess and which the former owner thought was a 'Baby Blue' class. I have never heard of one or seen anything quite like this little boat. its around 10ft 8" long and 4ft 10" wide with a half decked layout. The hull looks to be derived in part from a firefly / national type form with a straight stem but hollow waterlines near the bow (unlike the Firefly). Its quite pretty. Any ideas on what it actually is and any information on the class (as I assume there are others somewhere)?
